A comprehensive service for busy homebuyers with hectic lives and a lot on their
minds where I handle everything from search to settlement
First things first: we get to know each other during an introductory meeting so I can understand your situation and what a perfect home
means to you. This is important. It gives me a chance to identify your pain points and motivations for moving.
Next, I consult my networks to do a complete property search and arrange inspections. I then attend open homes on your behalf as well as
viewing off-market homes to create a shortlist of homes for you to inspect.
I will then prepare due diligence reports for the properties you’re interested in, including looking into development applications (DA),
planning applications, council and zoning checks, arranging and attending building, pests and legals, as well as reconfirming your
lending/financial capacity if required.
Then comes the contract negotiation and contract management where I review contracts and work in your interest to reach an agreement
while liaising with the selling agent and your legal representation to ensure all deadlines are met.
I attend the pre-settlement inspection on your behalf to ensure everything is as it should be, and collect your keys and relevant documents.
Once you’re settled in, you and I will settle in for an aftercare debrief.

A service for homebuyers who enjoy house-hunting and shortlisting properties, but
require support for the tricky due diligence and contract negotiation phase
Once you have a shortlist of properties you can see yourself living in (ideally 2-3), we set up an introductory meeting where we get to know each
other and I can get a feel for your budget and priorities.
I then prepare due diligence reports for the properties, which includes looking into development applications (DA), planning applications, council
and zoning checks, arranging and attending building, pests and legals, as well as reconfirming your lending/financial capacity if required.
When you decide to make an offer, the contract negotiation and contract management phase begins. This is where I review the contracts and
work in your interest to reach an agreement while liaising with the selling agent and your legal representation to ensure all deadlines are met.
I attend the pre-settlement inspection on your behalf to ensure everything is as it should be before collecting the keys to your new home. Once
you’re settled in, you and I will settle in for an Aftercare Debrief.

A straightforward service where I bid at auction on behalf of a client who lives interstate,
wish to remain anonymous or don’t feel up to handling such a high-pressure situation
So you’ve fallen in love with a home and it’s going to auction. Fantastic! Personally I feed off the energy and excitement of a live auction.
There’s nothing I love more than bidding on a buyer’s behalf and taking care of them during the process.
In the lead-up to auction day, you and I will meet so I can get an understanding of what the property means to you and what your bidding
instructions are – including your maximum final bid. On the big day I’m there bright and early to register and bid on your behalf.
If at first we don’t succeed…
It’s important to keep in mind that not all auctions are successful the first time. That’s just the way it goes unfortunately. When you choose
my Auction Representation service, I can attend up to 3 auctions on your behalf.
- Initial client consultation
- Attendance at up to 3 auctions
- Confirming finance is in place
- Pre-auction research
- Auction registration
- Auction bidding
